Past and present PMP: Reputation Management participants now have the option of utilizing email outreach to acquire patient feedback in the form of online reviews. Promote My Practice’s new Reputation Management email templates feature personalized branding and strong calls to action, urging patients to leave their feedback online. With customized links to the practices’ Google My Business pages and physicians’ Vitals profiles, these emails make the process of leaving a review easy.
Below are the template options available. Once a practice’s email templates are created, they can be used on an ongoing basis. Recipient emails must be provided by the practice.
