We are excited to announce our Promote My Practice Course 100 Round 26 graduates!
Our Round 26 graduates successfully created, claimed and updated profiles on six leading review sites during the five weeks of the course. Across Google My Business, Yelp, Angie’s List, Foursquare, Vitals and Healthgrades, the participants have claimed more than 284 profiles and updated the profiles with the current information of each practice and provider. Out of the 284 profiles, 164 provider listings were claimed and updated. On average, more than 72% of these profiles were either unclaimed or did not even exist for the practice or providers. Patients can now easily search for the practices and their providers on major online review sites to locate correct information and reviews.
Before claiming all Vitals physician profiles in the course, our initial audit revealed that out of 175 total physician reviews, 60% were negative. Vitals allows their users to hide up to two negative reviews on their physician profiles, so after claiming each physician profile and hiding up to two negative reviews, participants were able to hide more than 31% of those negative reviews from public view. Participants also learned HCAPS’ Best Practices for responding to negative reviews.
