Strategy Planning with the PMP Team

In late June, the Social Media Team dedicated a day to reviewing the current Promote My Practice processes, discussing ways to further enhance program offerings and exploring ways to better serve HCAPS practices. Discussion topics included:

  • PMP Course 100, 200 and 300
  • Reputation Management
  • eNewsletters

Since the team has recently expanded, we also took the True Colors personality assessment to better understand each team member’s leadership and work style.
