Facebook has reorganized business pages to create a more user friendly glance at your business’s information. On June 12 (delayed until June 20 as of June 11), all pages will see this restructure take place.
Facebook has improved account administrators’ access to view messages, activity, insights (how many visitors are viewing the page and posts) and settings. Facebook has made tabs for these options at the top of the page and alongside the scroll bar.
The right side of the business profile is reserved for content posted by the business. Comments on the post are still shown below the post.
On the left side of the page, Facebook has organized the who, what, where and when resources for the business, including location hours, address, map, photos, videos and patient reviews.
In addition, the upcoming feature “Pages to Watch” will allow administrators to create a list of other Facebook business profiles that are competitive to their own.
