Twitter’s “new” look may seem pretty familiar to some. Mashable explains what has changed. They have incorporated a huge header image that will run across the top of profiles. It looks very much like a Facebook banner or cover photo. Twitter has stated that this upgrade represents their “mobile-first strategy.” If you upload a new header, either from Twitter’s mobile apps or from their website, the same image will appear to someone viewing your profile from an app or from twitter.com. The new profiles are accessible to everyone.
